dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivaci a postoje k profesi strážníka obecní policie. Teoretická část práce představuje obecní policii, strážníky, předpoklady pro výkon této profese a zabývá se motivací a postoji, které charakterizuje a vysvětluje. Hledá motivační faktory, které mohou významně ovlivňovat motivaci a postoje důležité pro výkon profese strážníka. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum provedený kvantitativní metodou ve formě dotazníku, který byl realizován u obecních a městských policií regionu Vysočina. Výzkum je zaměřený na motivaci a postoje strážníků v souvislosti s jejich profesí. Práce je určena zejména strážníkům obecních policií, ale je vhodná i pro různé vzdělávací instituty, které se vzděláváním strážníků, a nejenom jich, zabývají.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with motivation and attitudes of Municipal police officers. Municipal police, officers and prerequisites for exercising such a job successfully are introduced in the practical part. Further, it is concerned with motivation and attitudes that are defined and explained. Motivation factors that may significantly affect motivation and attitudes important for such occupation are subsequently investigated. The practical part incorporates research realised through quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire that was completed at various Municipal and City police departments in Highlands region. The research is focused on motivation and attitudes of police officers in relation to their profession. The thesis is, above all, intended for Municipal police officers, yet it is also appropriate for different educational institutions engaged in education of police officers.
