dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá mentoringom ako spôsobom metodickej podpory učiteľov na základných a stredných školách Zlínskeho kraja. Teoretická časť práce pozostáva z dvoch hlavných kapitol, pričom prvá kapitola opisuje profesiu pedagóga z hľadiska jej vzniku, charakteristiky a vývoja. Druhá kapitola sa sústreďuje na mentoring v obecnej rovine a postupne prechádza k oblasti kľúčovej pre diplomovú prácu mentoring v školstve. Praktická časť práce pozostáva z dvoch výskumných oblastí. Jedná sa o úroveň kvality výuky na školách Zlínskeho kraja a o vnímanie prínosu zavedeného systému mentoringu u vybraných učiteľov. Obidve oblasti záujmu sú dôležitými faktormi v snahe dosiahnuť zvýšenie kvality vzdelávania. Vhľad do tejto problematiky sa snažíme poskytnúť tak, aby bol čo najlepšie prakticky využiteľný.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is concerned with mentoring as a way of methodological support of teachers from elementary and secondary schools in the Zlin region. Theoretical part of the thesis contains of two main chapters. The first one describes the profession of a teacher from the angle of its creation, characteristics and development. The second chapter focuses on mentoring on a general level and consistently leads to an area which is key for the diploma thesis mentoring in an educational system. The practical part consists of two research areas which are a quality of education in schools from the Zlin region and the teachers perception of an established mentoring system's contribution. Both of the interest areas present important factors while trying to achieve rising in an educational quality. The key insight of this thesis is supposed to be provided as useful in practice as possible.
