Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout projekt outsourcingu, analyzovat situaci úklido-vých firem na trhu ve Zlínském kraji a vymezit výhody a rizika implementace outsourcingu ve společnosti Interhotel Moskva a. s. Následné nákladové porovnání současného stavu s cenovými kalkulacemi vybraných úklidových společností a vyhodnocení projektu, zda je vhodné navržený projekt realizovat v praxi. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část pojednává o teoretických aspektech týkají-cích se moderních metod řízení podniku jako je outsourcing, insourcing, franchising, out-placement apod. Nejvíce je teoretická práce zaměřena právě na outsourcing, o kterém po-jednává celá druhá i třetí kapitola práce. V poslední kapitole jsem se zaměřila na životní cyklus outsourcingu. Druhá část je nazývána analytická, jejíž součástí je projektová část. V projektové části je popsán konkrétní projekt outsourcingu a jeho vliv na konkurenceschopnost společnosti, kde jsou využity teoretické znalosti z první části. V analytické části je popsán Interhotel Moskva, a.s. se zaměřením na oddělení houskeepingu. |

The aim of this diploma work is to design an outsourcing project, to analyze the si-tuation of cleaning companies on the market in the Zlín Region and to define the benefits and risks of outsourcing implementation in the company Interhotel Moscow, a.s. The work consists of two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical aspects of the modern business management methods such as outsourcing, insourcing, franchising, out-placement, etc. Theoretical work is mostly focused on outsourcing, which deals with the entire second and third chapters of the work. I focused on the life cycle of outsourcing in the last chapter. The second part is called the analysis, which includes a project section. In the project section there is described the specific project of outsourcing and its impact on the competi-tiveness of the company, where theoretical knowledge from the first part are used. The analytical section describes Interhotel Moscow, focusing on Houskeeping departement. |
