Diplomová práce se zabývá faktory, které spolupůsobí při rozvoji syndromu vyhoření v pracovním týmu chráněného bydlení pro lidi s duševním onemocněním. Blíže popisuje syndrom vyhoření, popisuje sociální klima pracovního týmu v chráněném bydlení pro lidi s duševním onemocněním a sociální službu chráněné bydlení pro lidi s duševním one-mocněním. Sociální klima pracovního týmu a jeho vnímání samotnými pracovníky je zde vyzdviženo jako jeden z hlavních faktorů při rozvoji syndromu vyhoření. V praktické části zkoumá syndrom vyhoření pracovníku všech chráněných bydlení pro lidi s duševním one-mocněním v České republice v souvislosti s jejich subjektivním vnímáním sociálního kli-matu v pracovním týmu. |

The Diploma Thesis deals with concurrent factors which contribute to the development of burnout syndrome in a team working in protected housing for mentally ill people. It closely defines the burnout syndrome, describes the social climate of the working team in protected housing for mentally ill people and the social service of providing protected housing for mentally ill people. What is emphasized as one of the main factors of the development of burnout syndrome is the social climate of the working team and its perception by the work-ers themselves. In the practical part the burnout syndrome of all the workers in protected housing for mentally ill people in the Czech Republic is investigated in connection with their subjective perception of the social climate in the respective working team. |
