dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou aktivizace klientů v pobytových zařízeních sociálních služeb na základě jejich biografie. V práci jsou popsány základní informace týkající se péče v pobytových zařízeních sociálních služeb určených seniorům, stáří a stárnutí, péče na základě biografie klienta a aktivizace seniorů s prvky biografie. Hlavní náplní této práce je zjistit, zda aktivizační pracovníci ve vybraných sociálních zaří-zeních ve Zlínském kraji pracují s biografií klienta. Součástí práce je také sestavení aktivi-zační manuálu s nápady aktivit na celý rok a příklad biografie klienta s uvedením vhodných aktivizačních činností.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the activation of clients in residential social services on the basis of their biographies. Thesis describes the basic information on care in residential social services for the elderly, age and aging, care based on the client's biography and activation of seniors with elements of biography. The main concern of this work is to determine whether activation social workers are working with a biography of the client in selected facilities in the Zlín region. The thesis also includes the activation manual with ideas of activities throughout the year and the draft biography of the client, indicating the activation of appropriate activities.
