dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problémy, se kterými se potýkají matky s nezletilými dětmi při vstupu na trh práce. Věnuje se postavení žen na trhu práce a jeho souvislosti s nezaměstnaností v posledních více než dvaceti letech. S tím se také částečně váže genderový problém, který vyplývá již z původní role žen jako matek. Se vznikem nezaměstnanosti se objevily i skupiny osob, které jsou nejvíce ohroženy uplatněním se na trhu práce. Jednou z nich jsou i matky s nezletilými dětmi, kterým se snaží stát i zaměstnavatelé pomoci při jejich návratu na trh práce. Cílem kvantitativního výzkumu je zjistit, jaké jsou překážky nezaměstnaných matek s nezletilými dětmi v jejich uplatnění trhu práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis investigates issues that mothers of minors encounter when entering the labour market. The paper focuses on the positioning of women in the labour market and how it has related to unemployment over the last twenty years. This partially corresponds to gender-based positioning stemming from the original role of woman as a mother. The emergence of unemployment triggered the emergence of social groups that are most at risk of unemployment. One of these groups is represented by mothers of minors, who are sup-ported in their return to the labour market by their employers. The quantitative research aims to determine which barriers prevent unemployed mothers of minors from entering the labour market.
