dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá kyberšikanou jako jedním z patologických jevů na středních školách v okrese Vsetín. V teoretické části práce definuje a charakterizuje základní pojmy související s kyberšikanou, popisuje také její současné formy a projevy. Dále teoretická část popisuje následky kyberšikany a navrhuje možná preventivní opatření včetně trestní odpovědnosti pachatelů. Teoretická část také srovnává kyberšikanu s klasickou šikanou. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část práce, která prezentuje výsledky kvantitavního výzkumu s poznatky a názory z praxe, které následně statisticky vyhodnocuje, analyzuje a také komentuje.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the cyberbullying as one of the pathological phenomenons at the secondary schools in the Vsetin district. The theoretical part of the thesis defines and describes the basic terms, related to the cyberbullying and also describes its contemporary forms and manifestations. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the consequences of cyberbullying and suggests possible preventive measures, including criminal liability of the offenders. The theoretical part also compares the cyberbullying with the traditional bullying. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which presents the results of the quantitative research with findings and opinions out of the practice, which ones then statistically evaluates, analyzes and also comments.
