dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá souvztažností mezi autoritou učitele, jako klíčové složky v pedagogickém procesu, komplexního vnímání jeho osobnosti žáky základních škol. Popisuje zákonitosti v rámci role učitele ve vztahu k osobnosti žáka, vliv vnitřních i vnějších faktorů, které působí na kázeňské hledisko ve výchovně vzdělávacím procesu. Interpretuje pedagogické prostředky v návaznosti na disciplínu a zkoumá nezastupitelnou pozici komunikace, jejich zvláštností ve vztahu pedagoga a žáka. Cílem je poukázat na význam fenoménu autority učitele ve vztahu k autoritě, definování postavení pedagoga z hlediska školní instituce a jeho role v budování vztahové roviny k žákům. Výzkumná část vycházela z anonymních odpovědí, získaných z dotazníků žáků základních škol ve městě Zlíně a dotvářela tak cíl diplomové práce poukázat na pevnou vazbu mezi působením učitele a vnímání jeho role žáky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the correspondence between the authority of the teacher as the key component in the pedagogical process a comprehensive perception of his personality elementary schools. Describes patterns within the teacher's role in relation to the personality of the pupil, the influence of internal and external factors that affect disciplinary perspective in the educational process. Interprets pedagogical means in relation to the discipline and examines the irreplaceable position communication, its particularities in relation of teacher and pupil. The aim is to highlight the importance of the phenomenon of teacher's authority in relation to authority, defining the status of teacher education in terms of institution and its role in building a relationship plane to the pupils. The research part was based on anonymous responses obtained from the questionnaires of primary school pupils in Zlín and aim of the thesis point out the strong linkage between the action of the teacher and the perception of its role pupils.
