dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na formy náhradní výchovné péče v České republice, podrobněji se zaměřuje na jednu z jejich forem - ústavní výchovu. Záměrem práce je snaha proniknout do hlubší problematiky nařizování ústavních výchov u nezletilých dětí. Výzkum je proto zaměřen na determinanty vedoucí k nařízení ústavní výchovy, a to vzhledem k osobě rodiče i dítěte.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the forms of alternative upbringing in the Czech republic, it is more focused on one of their forms institutional care. The aim of the work is the attemt to penetrate info deeper problems of ordering of institutional care by underage children. Research is focused on the determinants leading to ordering of institutional care and with regard to the person of parents and also the child.
