Bakalářská práce se zabývá povoláním asistenta pedagoga v inkluzivním vzdělávání. Teoretická část popisuje obecné stanovy českého školství, poté se zaměřuje na inkluzivní vzdělávání a popisuje základní zdravotní diagnózy ve školních třídách, díky kterým je funkce asistenta pedagoga potřebná. Dále pak popisuje práva, povinnosti, kompetence a rozsah práce asistenta pedagoga, zaměřuje se také na charakteristiku školní třídy jako skupiny, kde asistent pedagoga působí. Kvůli pedagogizaci prostředí a klimatu ve třídě se taktéž teoretická část zabývá charakteristikou různého postavení žáka ve třídě, jakožto i žákovou rolí a prestiží. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny nejčastější problémy spojené s touto funkcí v dnešní době. Praktická část bakalářské práce je složena ze čtyř rozhovorů s asistenty pedagoga, kteří působí na stejné škole a to na Základní škole Slovenská ve Zlíně. Dva asistenti jsou z prvního stupně a dva asistenti z druhého. Rozhovory se budou týkat jejich náplně práce a především vztahu k integrovanému dítěti, jeho rodičům a pedagogům, se kterými asistent pedagoga pracuje. Tyto informace se využijí jako zpětná vazba pro české školství a jako inspirace pro pedagogy a asistenty pedagoga. |

This bachelor work deals with a profession of a pedagogic assistant in the inclusive education. The theoretical part describes a general charter of the Czech educational system, then it is focused on the inclusive education and it describes some basic health diagnoses in the classes which make the profession of the pedagogic assistant necessary. It also describes the rights, duties, competences and responsibilities of the pedagogic assistant, it is also focused on a class characteristic as a group where the pedagogic assistant operates. Because of the pedagogic of class environment and climate, the theoretical part also deals with a characteristic of the pupil's different status in the class as well as the pupil's role and prestige. In the theoretical part there are introduced the most common problems connected with this profession today. The practical part of this piece of work is formed by four dialogues with pedagogic assistants who work at the same school, namely Základní škola Slovenská in Zlín. Two assistants are from the primary school and the other two from the lower secondary school. The dialogues are going to deal with their responsibilities and most of all with their relationship to an integrated child, his or her parents and pedagogues who the assistant work with. These pieces of information will be used as a feedback for the Czech educational system and as an inspiration for pedagogues and pedagogic assistants. |
