Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku transformace sociálních služeb. Zabývá se pohledem samotných uživatelů na transformační proces. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na transformaci z širšího pohledu, popisuje její důvody, principy a cíle. Popisuje, jaké je její ukotvení v legislativě a dokumenty, ze kterých vychází. Dále se věnuje sociálním službám, především pak službám pobytovým. V neposlední řadě osvětluje pojmy přirozené sociální prostředí, komunita či chráněné bydlení. V závěru teoretické části poodhalí změny života v přirozeném prostředí oproti pobytu v rezidenční sociální službě. Praktická část pomocí rozhovoru sleduje proces transformace sociálních služeb, a to přímo očima jejich uživatelů. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of transformation of social services. It deals with point of view of themselves users on transformation process. The theoretical part is focused on transformation from broader view, it describes the reasons, the principles and the aims. It describes what is its legislation, the documents from which rises it. It also pursues social services, also primarily on residential social services. Lastly, it explains term natural social environment, community or supported housing. Finally, the theoretical part reveals change of life in the natural environment compared to staying in the residential social services. The practical part follows up transformation process the perspective of their users by using interview. |
