Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem vzdělávání pro koordinátory humanitární pomoci v ADRA, o.p.s. Úvodní část vymezuje pojmy mimořádná událost, humanitární pomoc a jednotlivé činnosti v oblasti pomoci zejména z pohledu legislativy a odborného zakotvení. Dále seznamuje s jednotlivými oblastmi pomoci humanitární organizace ADRA a významem dobrovolnické pomoci pro činnost této organizace. Výzkumná část zjišťuje potřebu vzdělávání koordinátorů humanitární pomoci a především jeho význam pro správný výkon v průběhu mimořádných událostí. |

This Bachelor's thesis justifies the importance of humanitarian help co-ordinators in ADRA, o. p. s. In the first part of this thesis, there are described keywords such as crisis event and humanitarian help. It also explains specific activities in the area of helping concerning the legal and professional basis. Furthermore certain areas of help of the humanitarian organisation ADRA are presented there. In addition, the importance of volunteer's help for proper function of this organisation is explained there. The research part specifies the need for humanitarian help co-ordinators, and particularly its relevance for delivering the best results in crisis events. |
