dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním základních rysů typických pro školské systémy České republiky a Irské republiky z hlediska multikulturní výchovy. V první části jsou vysvětleny pojmy "multikulturalita", "edukace" a "komparace". V další části je nastíněna historie školského systému v Irsku a jeho současná struktura, se zvláštním zřetelem na prvky multikulturní edukace. Obdobně je zpracována část věnována systému školství a multikulturní edukaci v České republice. Praktická část je pak věnována samotnému výzkumu, který byl prováděn u rodičů dětí českého původu navštěvujících irské školy. Nejprve jsou uvedena metodologická východiska k provedení výzkumu, který je zaměřen na komparaci prvků multikulturní edukace v obou uvedených školských systémech. Poté je popsána realizace samotného dotazování na území Irské republiky. V závěru je provedeno statistické vyhodnocení včetně tabulek a grafů, ze kterých je zřejmý celkově velmi pozitivní názor rodičů na systém irského školství ve srovnání se systémem na českých školách.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of the features which are typical for the school systems of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Ireland from the point of view of the multicultural education. In the first part of the thesis there are explained the terms "multicultural", "education", and "comparison". In the following part there is described history of the school system in Ireland and its nowadays structure, with a special attention on the elements of multicultural education. After that there was used a similar way for description of the school system and the multicultural education in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the entire research which was made via asking the parents of children of Czech origin who attend Irish schools. At the beginning there are mentioned the methodological approaches to the research making. The research was targeted to a comparison of elements of multicultural education in both school systems mentioned above. After that there is described how the research was realized in the area of the Republic of Ireland. In the end there is made the statistics evaluation of the research, including tables and graphs, where you can see a very positive opinion of the parents about the system of education in Ireland, compared to the system which is used in the Czech schools.
