dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobností sociálního pedagoga a jeho uplatněním v sociálních službách. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku sociální pedagogiky jako studijního oboru, v jakém systému věd je postavena a jaké má další trendy a vývoj. Dále je popsán systém sociálních služeb, poskytovatelé sociálních služeb a zajištění kvality sociálních služeb. Teoretickou část uzavírá popis profese sociálního pedagoga. Praktická část bude tvořena kvantitativním výzkumem a to formou dotazníků jak pro studenty, tak pro poskytovatele sociálních služeb ve Zlínském kraji.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My Bachelor´s Thesis deals with the personality of a social educationalist and his ability to be useful in social services. My Thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of social pedagogy as a study branch, its position in scientifical system and further trends and development. Description of the profession of a social educationalist creates the end of the theoretical part. The practical part will be made up from the quantitative research by the means of questionnaires either for students or providers of social services in Zlín Region.
