Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na zopakování základů chemie tenzidů a jejich rozšíření o rozsáhlejší znalosti. Dále jsou v práci podrobně prostudovány vlastnosti, použití a aplikace lauroyl sarkosinátu sodného v laboratořích, průmyslu a běžném životě. V praktické části práce je lauroyl sarkosinát sodný charakterizován dostupnými metodami (ESI-MS, IR). Dále jsou popsány změny kritické micelární koncentrace roztoku lauroyl sarkosinátu sodného v závislosti na iontové síle. Část práce je věnována interakcím lauroyl sarkosinátu sodného s betainem a jinými povrchově aktivními látkami (SDS, SDBS, CPCl). |

The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the repetition of basic chemistry of sur-factants and their extensive knowledge of the extension. The thesis studied in detail the properties, uses and applications of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate in laboratories, industry and everyday life. In the practical part of the thesis sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is characterized by available methods (ESI-MS, IR). Described are also changes the critical micellar concentration of the sodium lauroyl sarcosinate solution depending on the ionic strength. Part of the work is devoted to the interaction of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate with betaine and other surfactants (SDS, SDBS, CPCl). |
