dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobností učitele a jejím vlivem na klima třídy. V teoretické části si vymezíme pojem učitel, nahlédneme do historie, zamyslíme se nad posláním a náročností učitelské profese a uvedeme si základní typologii a klíčové kompetence pedagoga. V souvislosti s třídním klimatem se zaměříme na utváření pozitivního třídního klimatu, na komunikaci a vedení dialogu ve vyučování. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu komunikačního klimatu vytvářeného třídním učitelem a porovnáním vlastností s typem komunikačního klimatu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the teacher's personality and its influence on the climate class. In the theoretical section, we define the notion of a teacher, a look into the history, I think about the mission and the demands of the teaching profession and we state a basic typology and key competencies of teachers. In the context of the classroom climate will focus on creating a positive classroom climate, communication and dialogue in education. The practical part is devoted to research communication climate created by the class teacher and comparing the characteristics of the type of communication climate.
