Bakalárska práca "Úloha probačnej a mediačnej služby v kontexte so sociálnou pedagogikou" sa zameriava na vzťah Probačnej a mediačnej služby k obetiam trestného činu, k páchateľom a ich ďalšiu existenciu v spoločenskom živote. Hlavnou témou je PMS ČR ako pomáhajúca inštitúcia ľudom, ktorý sa dostali do konfliktnej situácie s trestnou činnosťou. V mojej bakalárskej práci sa ďalej zaoberám históriou PMS ČR, históriou PMS v Európskych krajinách, základnými pojmami, cieľmi, funkciami, nástrojmi, spoluprácou s poškodenými a odsúdenými a spoluprácou so sociálnou pedagogikou. V ďalšej časti sa venujem tematike alternatívnych trestov, obecne prospešných prác a trestom domáceho väzenia. |

The bachelor thesis called "The Role of Probation and Mediation Service in the Context of Social Pedagogy" focuses on the relationship between Probation and Mediation Service (PMS) and victims of crime, perpetrators and their further existence in society. The main topic is Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic as an institution helping people who have come into conflict situation with crime. The thesis further deals with the history of PMS in the Czech Republic, history of PMS in European countries, basic concepts, objectives, functions, tools, cooperation with the injured and the condemned and cooperation with social pedagogy. In the next section I focus on the topic of alternative sentences, community service and house arrest. |
