O kvalitě poskytované služby do značné míry rozhoduje skutečnost, zda její uživatelé dokáží rozpoznat její nabídku, respektive na schopnosti a dovednostech kontaktních pracovníků, umět tuto informaci předat, aktivně nabízet a s uživateli na plnění jejich zakázky spolupracovat. Téma "úloha kontaktního pracovníka z pohledu pracovníků a klientů Nízkoprahového klubu Pavlač" jsem zvolila proto, abych touto cestou získala od klientů NK Pavlač zpětnou vazbu, jak službu NZDM a roli pracovníků v ní vnímají. Abych pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné strategie zmapovala představy pracovníků a klientů o službě, o tom, jak chápou úlohu kontaktního pracovníka, v čem spatřují jeho náplň práce, a co z toho je pro ně prioritou. A konečně, abych na základě získaných výpovědí provedla porovnání a zjistila, zda, a do jaké míry se představy pracovníků a klientů shodují či naopak liší. |

Quality of a service can be measured not only by the fact that its users can identify the offer but also by the skills of contact workers who should be able to actively communicate and offer crucial information as well as cooperate with the users in order to complete their projects. The topic of "the contact worker from the perspective of the personnel and clients of the Low-threshold club Pavlač" was chosen to obtain their feedback on the services of low-threshold centres for children and young people and the role of the contact workers in them. Qualitative research carried out as a part of this thesis aims to show the views both of the personnel and the clients of the services; how they understand the role of the contact worker; what they understand as their main responsibilities and which aspects they see as the priority. Finally, the collected answers are compared in order to reveal how the views and expectations of the personnel and the clients differ. |
