dc.description.abstract	V tezích disertační práce autor předkládá návrh postupu při plnění cíle disertační práce. Cílem disertační práce je vytvoření zásad a principů řízení a hodnocení výkonnosti energetických procesů výrobních podniků. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit současný stav řízení a hodnocení výkonnosti energetických procesů ve výrobních podnicích se zaměřením na efektivní řízení energetiky a optimalizaci procesů. Výstupem práce bude tedy návrh osnovy metodického postupu řízení a hodnocení výkonnosti energetických procesů pomocí klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti dle vybraných metod systému Performance Measurement. Struktura ukazatelů výkonnosti bude obecně použitelná pro energetické procesy průmyslových podniků. Dále bude zpracován návrh základních ukazatelů pro komplexní hodnocení výkonnosti procesů probíhajících v útvarech energetiky. V úvodu jsou vysvětleny důvody volby daného tématu. V další kapitole autor prezentuje současný stav řešené problematiky. Ve třetí kapitole definuje cíle a hypotézy disertační práce, v navazujících kapitolách pak vymezuje teoretický rámec, zvolené metody zpracování, experimentální část, výsledky a přínosy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis of dissertation contains author's proposal of procedure of dissertation's target fulfilment. Target of the dissertation is creation the guides and principles of the energy process management and performance evaluation in the production plants. The main target of dissertation is evaluate the actual situation of the energy processes management and its performance evaluation with a view to efficient management of the energetic and process optimalization. The output of dissertation will be the methodological procedure proposal of the energy management and energy processes performance evaluation based on Key Performance Indicators in methods sampled from Performance Measurement system. The KPI´s structure should be generally used by the industrial plants in their energy processes. Next the complex basic performance evaluation indicators proposal in processes which proceed in energy departments will be created. In prologue author explains reasons of choosing given theme. Next chapter presents current state solved problematic followed with the third chapter defining objectives and dissertation's hypothesis. In the following chapters defines theoretical frame, introduces methodology, and presents experimental part, results and contributions.
