dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá postojem společnosti k pracovním aktivitám seniorů především z pohledu mladší generace. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy, jako jsou stárnutí, vymezení kategorií stáří, příprava a adaptace na stárnutí a samotné stáří. V praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky sociologického výzkumu realizovaného kvantitativní metodou formou dotazníku zaměřeného na hodnocení pracovní aktivity seniorů z hlediska mladé generace. Cílem práce je zjistit názory mladší generace na pracovní aktivity seniorů a na základě dosažených výsledků ověřit platnost navržených hypotéz.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor Thesis deals with the approach of society towards work activities of seniors, primarily from the younger generations' point of view. The theoretical part explains the basic terms like aging, definition of old age categories, preparation and adaptation to aging and the old age itself. The practical part summarizes the results of sociological survey done by quantitative method. Used questionnaires concentrated on assessing of work activity of seniors from the young generation's point of view. My goal was to find out the opinions of young generation on the work activity of seniors and to verify the validity of suggested hypotheses based on achieved results.
