dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá stárnutím ve společnosti. V teoretické části shrnuje obecné poznatky o změnách, které doprovázejí proces stárnutí. Dále se věnuje problematice diskriminace na základě věku, neboli ageismu, možnostech vzdělávání seniorů, anebo vztahu seniorů k moderním technologiím. V závěrečné části, práce popisuje podoby péče o starého člověka realizované v rodinném prostředí a v zařízeních sociálních služeb. Praktická část práce zjišťuje povahu vztahů mezi seniorskou populací a mladšími generacemi. Problematika je zkoumána z pohledu seniorů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the aging in society. The theoretical part of the thesis sums up findings about changes, which accompany the process of aging. It also deals with the issue of age discrimination, or ageism, educational opportunities or seniors´ relationship to modern technologies. Finally, the thesis describes the forms of care of old people realized in families and in social service facilities. The practical part of the thesis investigates the forms of relationships between seniors and younger generations. The issue is explored from the perspective of seniors.
