Tato práce se zaměřuje na nově se formující oblast náhradní rodinné péče v České republice označovanou jako profesionální pěstounská péče. Teoretická část popisuje náhradní péči jako systémový komplex institutů řešících péči o ohrožené děti, popisuje její jednotlivé typy a uvádí jejich charakteristiky. Největší prostor je zde věnován vysvětlení základních principů pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu a především požadavkům a kritériím pro výběr profesionálních pěstounů, kteří mají tvořit novou skupinu státních zaměstnanců pracujících v tomto sektoru. Praktická pasáž se, formou dotazníkového šetření, snaží zmapovat informovanost veřejnosti o této problematice, její náhled na možné komplikace spojené s tímto novým trendem v oblasti péče o děti a především prozkoumat její ochotu uvažovat o možnosti vstoupit na toto pole jako jeho aktivní součást. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on the newly developing area of surrogate family care in the Czech Republic termed as a professional foster care. Theoretical part of the thesis describes the surrogate family care as a systematic complex of institutions dealing with the care for neglected children, it also describes its individual types and their characteristics. The biggest attention is paid to the explanation of essential principles of temporary foster care and especially to the requirements and criterions for selection of professional foster parents that will create new group of state employees working in this sector. Practical part of the thesis, utilising questionnaire survey, maps knowledge of general public in this area, its view on possible difficulties connected with this new trend in child care and especially its willingness to consider the possibility to enter this area as its active part. |
