Bakalářská práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části čtenáře seznamuji se základními informacemi z oblasti výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Jelikož je tato oblast velmi rozsáhlá, zařadila jsem do této teoretické části především informace o Programu zacházení, přípravě na propuštění a propuštění z výkonu trestu. Dále v práci prezentuji zástupce státních a nestátních organizací, které se zabývají penitenciární a postpenitenciární problematikou. V praktické části jsem využila převážně metodu polostrukturovaného rozhovoru k rozhovorům s osobami, které mají určité postavení v této problematice. Cílem praktické části je zjistit fungování výkonu trestu, přístup vězňů k výkonu trestu, problémy se kterými se osoby nejčastěji setkávají nejen ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, ale také při propuštění a při začleňování zpět do společnosti. |

Bachelor's thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part I acquaint a reader with the basic information from the field of imprisonment. Since this field is very extensive, I have included into the theoretical part mainly information about the Treatment program, preparation for discharge and discharge from imprisonment. Furthermore, in this thesis I present representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations dealing with penitentiary and postpenitentiary issues. In the practical part I mainly used a method of semi-structured interview to doing interviews with persons who have a certain status in this field. The aim of the practical part is to determine functioning of the imprisonment, stance of prisoners to imprisonment, the problems which persons are most commonly encountered with - not only in prison, but also at discharge and during the integration back into society. |
