Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma pozice kurátora v systému penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a problematika týkající se života osob ve výkonu vazby a osob ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Dále jsou zde uvedeny hlavní problémy, se kterými se tyto osoby musejí potýkat po propuštění na svobodu. Práce se také v neposlední řadě Praktická část je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu. Jeho hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jak je sociální kurátor vnímán očima svých klientů, dále zda sociální kurátoři při své práci využívají poznatků ze sociální pedagogiky a také, jaké spatřují největší překážky při své práci. K získání těchto informací bylo využito polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními kurátory a jejich klienty. |

The topic of this bachelor thesis is focused on the position of a case worker in the system of penitentiary and post-penitentiary care. The theoretical part describes the basic terms and the issue related to the life of persons while in custody and individuals while imprisoned. Furthermore, this thesis describes the main problems that the persons face after discharge. Finally, the continuous task of case workers and the main methods used to prevent the reoccurrence of their clients are described. The practical part is aimed to the qualitative research. The main target of this research was to find out how the case workers are perceived by their clients and also whether the case workers use their social pedagogy knowledge, as well as to find out the main obstacles during their work. For the gathering of this information, semi-structured interviews with case workers and their clients were carried out. |
