dc.description.abstract	Smyslem diplomové práce Pedagogika východního myšlení je přiblížit čtenáři některé aspekty současné buddhistické praxe (tak, jak je praktikována skupinami respondentů školy Kwan Um Brno a Bodhi Brno) z pohledu sociální pedagogiky. První čtyři kapitoly se zabývají kulturním a duchovním kontextem vzniku buddhismu a zen buddhismu. Pátá kapitola přibližuje meditační praktiky se zaměřením na uvedené skupiny respondentů a poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá některými tématy, která úzce souvisejí s Buddhovým učením, a to v sociálně pedagogickém kontextu. Praktická část popisuje metodologické přístupy výzkumného šetření a interpretuje důležitá zjištění, obsažená v rozhovorech s respondenty obou škol.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis entitled Pedagogy of Eastern Thought aims to introduce to readers some aspects of contemporary Buddhist practice (as it is practiced by two groups of respondents, the Kwan Um School of Brno and Bodhi Brno) from the perspective of social pedagogy. The first four chapters deal with cultural and spiritual context of the origins of Buddhism and Zen Buddhism. The fifth chapter presents meditation practices focusing on the above mentioned groups of respondents. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with some themes closely related to the teachings of the Buddha in the socio-pedagogical context. The practical part describes methodological approaches of the research and interprets important findings from interviews with respondents of both schools.
