dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zmapování problémů a kompetencí sebepéče u osob s esenciální hypertenzí a to především v oblasti výživy. Teoretická část práce popisuje esenciální hypertenzi, rizikové faktory, vliv výživy na hypertenzi a zabývá se teorií deficitu sebepéče D.E. Oremové. Praktická část je založena na sestavení situační potřeby sebepéče u pacientů s esenciální hypertenzí v těchto oblastech. Pro dosažení cílů bakalářské práce bylo nutné provést výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě tohoto výzkumu byl zpracován edukační materiál.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelors thesis is focused on issues and competencies of self-care especially watching people with essential hypertension and their nutrition. The teoretical part describes the essential hypertension, risk factors, how nutrition affect hypertension and Orem´s self-care deficit nursing theory. The practical part is focused on the preparation of the situational needs of self-care in patients with essential hypertension. The patients usually don´t have a clear explanation, so my target was to identify the lack of informations about essential hypertension and especially their nutrition. I had to create a questionnaire to reach my targets. Educational material have been based on this research.
