dc.description.abstract	Základní problematikou bakalářské práce je zadlužení lidí ve společnosti a následky s tím spojené. Cílem je popsat jaké dluhy mouhou vzniknout obyvatelstvu v souvislosti s činností Policie ČR a náhradou škody státu, která byla způsobena chováním jedinců, a to většinou v rozporu s morálkou či zákonem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	I will examine a very important phenomenon of the present which is indebtedness in society. I want to describe the origin of debts in society in general, identify the raisons of indebtedness of the contemporary population ans consider if an individua lis capable of thionking of consequences of his acts. Persons in society run into debt either intentionally as a result of their, in the majority, illegal or immoral conduct.
