V předkládané bakalářské práci se zabývám romskou etnickou menšinou, její potřebou sociální pomoci, či případné možné vyhledání sociální pomoci u terénních sociálních pracovníků v nenadálé nepříznivé životní situaci. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení a hlubší poznání romské etnické menšiny, popis terénní sociální práce a její využití u vymezených možných cílových skupin, popis náplně práce terénního sociálního pracovníka. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny organizace a instituce v Brně zaměřené na práci s Romy, v poslední kapitole je uveden vztah sociální pedagogiky k dané oblasti.Praktická část je zaměřena na popis struktury romského střediska DROM v Brně a jeho významných a důležitých činností při eliminaci sociálního vyloučení, na praktickou činnost terénního sociálního pracovníka a jeho klienty. |

In the present thesis deals with the Roma ethnic minority, the need for social assistance or any possible social assistance in finding unexpected adverse life situation at the Social Workers.The theoretical part is focused on defining a deeper understanding of the Roma ethnic minority, a description of social work and its potential use in specified target groups, description of the contents social worker. In the end of the given organizations and institutions in Brno, focusing on working with Roma in the last chapter shows the relationship of social pedagogy for the area.The practical part is focused on describing the structure of Roma center DROM Brno and its significant and important activities in the elimination of social exclusion, practical social worker activity and its clients. |
