dc.description.abstract	Seniorské vzdělávání má v podobě univerzit třetího věku dlouhou tradici, a to nejen v České republice. Bakalářská práce přináší komplexní pohled na projektování a realizaci vzdělávacích aktivit pro seniory na příkladu konkrétní univerzity třetího věku. Teoretická část je zaměřena nejen na organizační aspekty, ale i na problematiku stáří a aktivního stárnutí nebo historii a současný stav univerzit třetího věku v České republice. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu spokojenosti posluchačů se vzděláváním na Univerzitě třetího věku Masarykovy univerzity s cílem navrhnout případná opatření ke zlepšení a zefektivnění organizace. Východiskem pro tuto analýzu jsou výsledky dotazníkových šetření realizovaných v předchozích dvou letech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Education of older people in the form of Universities of the Third age has a long-standing tradition not only within the Czech Republic. This bachelor's thesis brings a comprehensive view of planning and implementation of educational activities for older people based on an example of a specific university of the third age. Theoretical part of the thesis is concerned not only with organisational aspects but also with the issues of ageing and active ageing, history and present condition of the universities of the third age in the Czech Republic. Practical part contains an analysis of participant's satisfaction with education at the university of the third age at Masaryk University with the aim of suggesting possible improvement and streamlining measures. This analysis is based on the results of surveys carried out with the participants over the preceding two years.
