dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika role mužů v ošetřovatelsví na jednotkách intenzivní péče a resuscitačních odděleních. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na historii ošetřovatelské péče mužů v kontextu daného období a především na současnost mužů jako ošetřovatelském personálu. Praktickou část tvoří kvalitativní studie formou rozhovorů s muži na pozici nelékařského zdravotnického personálu (dále jen NLZP) a rozhovory se všeobecnými sestrami, které s těmito zdravotníky na jednotlivých odděleních pracují. Cílem je zjistit, jak tito muži hodnotí sami sebe, jejich profesi a obecně jejich práci. Pro srovnání jsou použity rozhovory s registrovanými všeobecnými sestrami.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Theme of my bachelor's work is issue about men's role in nursing in Intensive Care Unit and Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation Unit. Theoretical part is focussed on history of men in nursing in context of certain periods and mainly the present of men as the nursing staff. Practical part consists of qualitative study formed into interview with men whose work consists of registered nurse duties by the patient's bed and duties related. Further interview with registered nurses who work in one team with these men. The objective is to find out how these men evaluate themselves, their profession and generally their job background. For the comparison are used interviews with registered nurses.
