dc.description.abstract	Práce pojednává o problematice vzdělávání všeobecných sester v oblasti ošetřování chronických ran. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsme se primárně zaměřili na zjištění skutečností o vzdělávání všeobecných sester v oblasti ošetřování chronických ran. Těžištěm práce je praktická část a její průzkumné šetření, zaměřené na vzdělávací aktivity v oblasti ošetřování chronických ran, na jejich obsahovou stránku a na náplň teoretické a praktické části. Šetření dále zkoumá postoj všeobecných sester, motivační a demotivační faktory k dalšímu vzdělávání a potřebu vzdělávacích kurzů v oblasti ošetřování chronických ran. Pro získání informací jsme využili kvantitativní metodu, nestandardizovaný dotazník zaměřený na všeobecné sestry. Na základě získaných výsledků dotazníkového šetření, jsme se pokusili v závěru práce navrhnout, jak by měly vzdělávací aktivity v oblasti ošetřování chronických ran probíhat.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work deals with the problem of the training of general nurses in the field of nursing chronic wounds. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical section, we primarily focus on finding the facts about the education of general nurses in the field of treatment of chronic wounds. The focus of the work is the practical part and its survey, focused on educational activities in the field of treatment of chronic wounds, in their page content and to refill the theoretical and the practical part. The investigation furthermore examines the position of general nurses, incentive and deterrent factors to further education and the need for courses in the field of treatment on chronic wounds. To obtain information, we have used quantitative method, unstandardized the questionnaire focused on general nursing. Based on the results of the survey, we tried to at the conclusion of the work of the design, how should the educational activities in the field of treatment of chronic wounds is to be conducted.
