dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je: "Informovanost klientů s nově založenou kolostomií a ileostomii." Teoretická část se zabývá stomií na tenkém a tlustém střevě a jejich možnými komplikacemi. Popisuje klienta v období před operací, po operaci a následné dlouhodobé péče. Dále České sdružení ILCO a práci stomasester. Praktická část je zaměřena na informovanost klientů s nově založenou kolostomií a ileostomií. Jako výzkumnou metodu jsem použila dotazníkové šetření. Výsledky výzkumu jsou zpracovány pomocí tabulek a grafů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of my thesis is: "Awareness of clients with the newly formed colostomy and ileostomy." The theoretical part deals with stoma on the small and large intestine and their possible complications. It describes the process of a client in the period before surgery, after surgery and the subsequent long-term care. Furthermore, Czech ILCO Association and stoma nurses work.
