dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou farmakoterapie u seniorů v domácí péči. Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat kvalitu farmakoterapie u seniorů v domácí péči. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část popisuje základy farmakologie, změny farmakologie ve stáří a péči o seniory. Dále jsou v práci popsány cíle a výhody domácí péče a její specifika. Praktická část zjišťuje úroveň vědomostí seniorů o jejich farmakoterapii a zvyk-losti při užívání léků. Dále se práce zaměřuje na podávání léků v domácí péči z pohledu sester. Průzkum byl realizován metodou rozhovoru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor's thesis is focused on pharmacotherapy problems in the elderly at home care. The aim of the thesis is to explore the quality of pharmacotherapy in the elderly at home care. The work is dividend into two parts. The theoretical part is describes basics of pharmacotherapy, changes in pharmacotherapy in the elderly and care about seniors. Further-more, there are describe aims and advantages of home care and their specifics. The Practical part is probing the level of senior's knowledge about their pharmacotherapy and thein customs, when they are using pills. Thesis is focused at the nurses' opinion about using medication at home care. There search was realized by the conversation method.
