dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca pojednáva o mentoringu ako metodickej podpore učiteľov na základných a stredných školách v Zlínskom kraji. Vo svojej teoretickej časti sa venuje učiteľstvu ako profesíi, definuje osobnosť učiteľa a načrtáva aj otázku profesijného štandardu. Hodnotenie učiteľov a nástroje zisťovania kvality ako diskutovaná téma dnešných dní sa objavuje v závere prvej kapitoly. Nadväzujúca, druhá kapitola, popisuje podstatu mentoringu s dôrazom na zrozumiteľnosť, tak aby bola prínosná aj pre tých, ktorí nie sú do tejto problematiky zasvätení. Nezabúda ani na metodickú podporu učiteľov v školstve, ktorá je nosnou pre našu praktickú časť.Tá má za úlohu odpovedať na otázku týkajúcu sa prínosu mentoringu u vybraných učiteľov, ktorí sa nachádzajú v role mentee. Ich výpovede nám poskytnú spätnú väzbu dôležitú pre neustále zdokonalovanie ponúkanej podpory.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis represents mentoring as a methodological support of teachers from elementary and secondary schools in the Zlin region. The theoretical part focuses on teaching as a profession; it defines personality of a teacher and also draws out a question of the professional standard. Evaluating teachers and measuring the quality as a discussed topic of the present days is appearing in the end of the first chapter. The following second chapter describes the basis of mentoring with an emphasis on comprehensibility in order to be beneficial for those who are not devoted to this issue. It doesn't even leave behind the question of mentoring's benefits for given teachers who feature in a role of mentees. Their statements will grant us the feedback which is important for a constant improving of the offered support.
