Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu Role zdravotně sociálního pracovníka na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, které jsou tvořeny částí teoretickou a částí praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na zdravotně sociální práci na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení a na náplň práce zdravotně sociálního pracovníka na tomto oddělení. Dále se zabývá osobností zdravotně sociálního pracovníka a spoluprací zdravotně sociálního pracovníka s orgánem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Praktická část je tvořena formou kvalitativního výzkumu, ve kterém byla využita technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkum je realizován se čtyřmi pracovnicemi v nemocnicích, které vykonávají zdravotně sociální práci na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu. |

The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic The Role of Health and Social Worker at Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics. The thesis is divided into two parts, which consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on health and social work at Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics and job descriptions of health and social worker at the department. It also deals with health and social worker personality, and health and social worker cooperation with the authority forsocial and legal protection of children. The practical part is made by means of qualitative research, which was used semistructured interview technique. Research is conducted in hospitals with four workers who carry out health and social work at Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes the research results. |
