dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zmapování způsobů využívání sociální dávky příspěvku na péči v regionu Vsetín u romského etnika. Teoretická část obsahuje popis dávky příspěvku na péči a základní dělení v poskytování péče. Dále popisuje specifika romského etnika. Praktická část diplomové práce zahrnuje kombinovaný výzkum, kdy zjišťujeme nejenom způsob využívání příspěvku na péči romským etnikem, ale i důvody přiznání příspěvku na péči, vliv lokality na využívání sociálních služeb a celkovou znalost těchto služeb. Výzkum je prováděný prostřednictvím techniky rozhovorů, dotazníkového šetření a analýzy doku-mentů. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit konkrétní způsoby využívání příspěvku na péči romským etnikem v regionu Vsetín.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on finding ways how to use social care allowance benefits in the re-gion of Vsetín at Roma ethnicity. The theoretical part contains a description of the care allowance benefits and fundamental division in the providing the care. It also describes the specifics of Roma ethnicity. The practical part includes the combined research, in which we are trying to find not only the way how Roma ethnic group uses the care allowance benefits, but also the reasons why care allowance benefits are acknowledged, impact of location on the use of social services and overall knowledge of these services. The research is conducted via interview tech-niques, questionnaire survey and analysis of documents. The work aims to identify specific ways to use the care allowance by Roma ethnic group in the region of Vsetín.
