dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na žáky se vzácným onemocněním v edukačním procesu. Teoretická část popisuje vybrané druhy vzácného onemocnění, jejich etiologii, symptomy a jejich léčbu. Dále přibližuje specifika vzdělávání žáků se vzácným onemocněním a v neposlední řadě se zaměřuje na instituce edukačního procesu, jeho činitele a na rodinu dítěte se vzácným onemocněním. Pro praktickou část je zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, pro sběr dat je použita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je zjistit specifické aspekty vzdělávání a výchovy žáka s Prader-Willi syndromem. Výsledky této diplomové práce mohou sloužit jako nástroj širšího pohledu na problematiku onemoc-nění dětí s Prader-Willi syndromem a bližší informovanost pro činitele edukačního procesu a pro rodiče dětí s tímto onemocněním.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on pupils with a rare disease in the educational process. The theoreti-cal part describes selected types of rare diseases, their etiology, symptoms and treatment. Further on, it approaches specifics of education of pupils with a rare disease and finally focuses on the institutions of the educational process, its agents and the family of a child with a rare disease. In the practical part, there is chosen a qualitative research and a method of data collection is made through a half-structured interview. The main objective of the research is to identify specific aspects of education of a pupil with the Prader-Willi syn-drome. The results of this thesis can serve as a tool for a broader perspective on the illness issues of children with Prader-Willi syndrome and detailed information for agents in the educational process and for children´s parents.
