dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním ústavní a pěstounské péče. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vztah dítěte a rodiny, popisuje jednotlivé formy náhradní výchovy dětí, jejich historii a zákonnou úpravu, dilemata ústavní a pěstounské péče a popisuje zahraniční systémy péče o ohrožené děti. V praktické části je zkoumán vliv obou forem náhradní výchovy na vzdělání, uplatnitelnost na trhu práce a kriminalitu dětí po odchodu z náhradní výchovy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master´s thesis deals with a comparison of institutional and foster care. The theoretical part is focused on the relationship between the child and the family. It describes various forms of foster care, it´s history and legislation, constitutional and foster care dilemmas and foreign systems of care for vulnerable children. In the practical part the effects of both forms of substitute care to education, employability and juvenile delinquency after leaving the care is researched.
