dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce vymezuje sociální role v postmoderní společnosti, objasňuje postavení žen a mužů na trhu práce a předkládá možnosti slaďování rodinného a pracovního života žen a mužů s dětmi předškolního věku. Monitoruje sociální zabezpečení rodin s dětmi a nastiňuje nabídku flexibilních forem pracovních úvazků a služeb denní péče o děti předškolního věku. Cílem této práce je prostřednictvím kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu zjistit informace, které by nám umožnily zhodnotit, jak se daří ženám a mužům s dětmi předškolního věku podle jich samotných slaďovat rodinný a pracovní život a zda v jejich názorech existují významné rozdíly.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis defines social role in the postmodern society, clarifies the position of women and men in the labor market and presents options for reconciling the family and work life of women and men with the children in the preschool age. It monitors the social security of families with children and outlines the range of flexible forms of work and day care servi-ces for children in the preschool age. The aim of this thesis is to find out through the quan-titatively oriented research information that would allow us to assess how successful women and men with children in the preschool age are with harmonizing their family and work life and whether there are significant differences between their opinion.
