dc.description.abstract	Tématem této diplomové práce byla zvolena problematika onemocnění celiakií jako zdroje rizika sociálního vyloučení adolescentů s tímto onemocněním. Teoretická část objasňuje základní údaje o této nemoci, pravidla dodržování bezlepkové diety, věnuje se sociálnímu vyloučení a životnímu období adolescence. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda se adolescenti s celiakií cítí být sociálně vyloučení, pokud ano, v čem toto vyloučení spočívá a jaké jsou jeho příčiny. Praktická část výzkumu byla vedena formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s adolescenty s celiakií. Na základě analýzy rozhovorů je popsáno, jaký vliv má celiakie a bezlepková dieta na riziko sociálního vyloučení u adolescentů s tímto onemocněním.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this thesis is the celiac disease as a source of potential risk of social exclusion that the adolescents with this disease may suffer. The theoretical part explains the basic information about the disease, gluten-free diet compliance rules, and deals with social ex-clusion and the period of adolescence. The main aim of the research part of the thesis was to determine whether adolescents with the celiac disease feel socially excluded, and if so, what this exclusion looks like and what are its causes. The practical part of the research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with adolescents suffering from the celiac disease. The analysis of those interviews describes the impact of the celiac disease and gluten-free diet on the risk of social exclusion of the adolescents with this disorder.
