dc.description.abstract	Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je problematika školního neúspěchu a postoj ke školnímu neúspěchu. Práce se zabývá souvisejícími pojmy, jako jsou školní úspěch, příčiny neúspěchu a reakce na neúspěch. Teoretická část práce blíže specifikuje osobnost žáka a osobnost učitele. Zabývá se také zdroji a vznikem postoje učitele k žákovi, vznikem preferenčních postojů učite-le k žákovi, příčinami vzniku těchto postojů, kauzální atribucí a důsledky postojů ke školnímu neúspěchu. Cílem práce je zmapovat postoje učitelů a žáků ke školnímu neúspěchu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The question of the school failure and the attitude to the school failure form the main topic of the thesis. The thesis deals with related notions like a school success, causes of the school failure and responses to the failure. The theoretical part specifies the pupil's and the teacher's personality closer. It also deals with the sources and the origin of teacher's attitude to pupil, the origin of preferential teacher's attitudes to pupil, the causes of origin of the attitudes, the causal attribution and consequences of the attitude to the school failure. A mapping of the teacher's and the pupil's attitude to the school failure is the aim of the thesis.
