dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na chování a jeho proměny u pracovníků bezpečnostních složek státu v kontextu práce s lidmi. V úvodu teoretické části je pozornost zaměřena na motivy a projevy lidského chování, kde je také kladen akcent na náročné životní situace a vlivy prostředí. Dále se zabývá vybranými typologiemi osobnosti a závěr teoretické části popisuje a charakterizuje jednotlivé bezpečnostní složky státu, konkrétně policii ČR, vězeňskou službu ČR a vojenskou službu v AČR. Empirická část je zaměřena na prezentaci výsledků kvalitativně zpracovaného výzkumu, který byl realizován formou rozhovorů se zaměstnanci jednotlivých bezpečnostních složek státu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the behaviour of employees of the state security forces and its changes in the context of working with people. The introduction of the theoretical part is focused on the motives and manifestations of human behaviour. The emphasis is also laid on the challenging life situations and environmental influences. It also deals with selected personality typologies. The conclusion of the theoretical part describes and characterizes the individual state security forces, particularly the Police of the Czech Republic, the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and military service in the Army of the Czech Republic. The empirical part presents the results of a qualitatively processed research, which was conducted through interviews with employees of the individual state security forces.
