dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá sociální rolí pochval a trestů ve výchově. Zaměřuje se na možné pozitivní a negativní důsledky z pohledu zásad správného udělení pochval a trestů v rodině. Analyzuje prožívání dětí a následné žádoucí i nežádoucí změny chování. Výzkumná část se zabývá pozitivním a negativním vlivem odměňování a trestů v rodinách, vnímáním pochval a trestů dětmi, jejich rodiči a prarodiči. Podkladem výzkumné části se staly jednotlivé rozhovory vedené se zástupci tří generací ve vybraných rodinách. Závěr práce konstatuje s ohledem na efektivitu výchovy nezbytnou reflexi na individualitu dítěte a specifičnost výchovné situace. Z této diplomové práce mohou těžit jak budoucí, tak i stávající rodiče, vedoucí kroužků, pedagogové či jiní institucionalizovaní pracovníci, kteří mohou získat podnět k dalšímu hlubšímu studiu výchovného procesu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the social roles of praise and punishment in education. It focuses on the possible positive and negative consequences in terms of the principles of proper com-mends and punishment in the family. It analyzes the experiences of children and sub-sequent desirable and undesirable behavioral change. Exploratory section discusses the positive and negative influence of reward and punishment in the family, perception of prai-se and punishment by children, their parents and grandparents. The basis of the research have become individual interviews conducted with representatives of three generations in selected families. Conclusion notes on the effectiveness of education necessary reflection on the child's individuality and specificity of the educational situation. From this thesis can benefit both future and existing parents, teachers or other institutionalized workers who can gain further impetus to further study the educational proces.
