Tématem diplomové práce je "Specifika rodinného prostředí v pěstounské péči". Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První teoretická část je zaměřena na význam rodiny, poskytuje informace o institutu pěstounské péče u nás i v zahraničí. Podrobně se zabývá procesem zprostředkování pěstounské péče, potřebami dětí i pěstounů, doprovázením pěstounských rodin. V praktické části jsou prezentována osobní data patnácti pěstounských rodin, poznatky a zkušenosti z jejich rodinného života. Cílem je zachytit případné změny v životě pěstounských rodin, se zaměřením na individuální pěstounskou péči, které mohou nastat přijetím dítěte do náhradní rodinné péče a to v oblasti vztahů, hodnot a potřeb rodin, ekonomického zajištění a zájmů pěstounů. |

The theme of my diploma thesis is "Specifics of the family background in foster care". The work is divided into two parts. The first theoretical section is focused on the importance of a family, provides information about the institute of foster care in our country and abroad. In deals with a process of mediation of foster care, children's and foster parents' needs, support and accompanying of foster families in detail. In the practical part of my work there are presented fifteen families, their knowledge and experience they gained during their family life. The aim is to catch potential changes in the foster families' lives with focus on the individual foster care, which may come together with coming of a child to the substitute family care in the area of relationships, values and needs of the families, economic support and foster parents' interests. |
