Bakalářská práce se věnuje popisu vzdělávacího systému Policie České republiky. Celá práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o vzdělávání dospělých v obecné rovině, dále je určitý prostor věnován Policii České republiky jako takové a to zejména popis základních pojmů, úkolů a filozofie policie. Dále je rozebrán vzdělávací systém Policie České republiky včetně podkapitoly o historickém vývoji vzdělávání u policie. Následuje pojednání o charakteristice a cílech celoživotního vzdělávání policistů. Zmíněna je i mezinárodní spolupráce v oblasti vzdělávání policistů. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zaobírá vzdělávacími subjekty Ministerstva vnitra, Policie ČR i vnějšími vzdělávacími subjekty. V praktické části je zpracován realizovaný výzkum zaměřený na názory policistů a postoje policistů k současnému systému vzdělávání příslušníků Policie České republiky. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the educational system of the Police of the Czech Republic. The whole thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with adult education in general terms, then it focuses on the Police of the Czech Republic as it is, especially on the description of basic terms, duties, and philosophy of the police. Next, the thesis analyses the educational system of the Police of the Czech Republic, including a subchapter about historical development of police education. The following part discusses the characteristics and goals of policemen's lifelong learning. Also, the international cooperation in the field of police education is mentioned in the thesis. The last chapter of the theoretical part studies the educational subjects in the Interior Ministry, the Police of the Czech Republic, and external educational subjects. The practical part consist of a research focused on policemen's opinion and attitude to the actual educational system of the Police of the Czech Republic. |
