dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na současný stav trhu vzdělávání v oblasti firemního vzdělávání a možnosti jejich naplňování společností Profima Effective s. r. o. Cílem práce je zjistit současný stav trhu firemního vzdělávání a současně analyzovat systém vzdělávání, který nabízí společnost Profima Effective s. r. o. V první teoretické části jsou zmíněny pojmy, které souvisí s firemním vzděláváním. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu systému vzdělávání ve firmě Profima Effective a zjištění současného stavu firemního vzdělávání. V této části bakalářské práce byly sesbírány, zpracovány a vyhodnoceny údaje získané dotazníkovým šetřením. Na závěr jsou navrhnuty doporučení společnosti Profima Effective s. r. o.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the current state of the requirements of the educational market in the field of corporate training and possibilities for their implementation by the company Profima Effective s. r. o. Purpose of this thesis toensure present status company education and concurrently analyze system of education, which is offered by company Profima Effective s. r. o. Forms are mentioned in the first theoretical part, which are related to company education. The practical part is comprising analysis of systém of education in the company Profima Effective and detection of present status of company educati-on.Processed and evaluated data was collected in this part of bachelor thesis, obtained by questionnaire research. In conclusionare, there are designed recommendations of company Profima Effective s. r. o.
