dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce s názvem "Úloha veřejné správy v sociální pedagogice" se zabývá veřejnou správou, jako sociálním fenoménem, s řadou jejích problémů v samotné veřejné správě, tak i ve vztahu vnímání veřejné správy ze strany občanů. Současně zkoumá znalost občanů a jejich orientaci v systému veřejné správy, zvláště pak v té místní správě, která má na jejich život bezprostřední vliv (vztah jedince a prostředí a jeho socializace v něm). V teoretické části je popsán základní historický vývoj veřejné správy ve světě a vliv tohoto vývoje na veřejnou správu v České republice. Dále je v diplomové práci obsažena charakteristika a systém veřejné správy v současné době, včetně její strukturalizace a zaměření na té nejnižší její úrovní obci, nebo městské části. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu základních problému a neznalostí, s kterými se občané běžně potýkají. Pomocí kvantitativního výzkumného šetření, s pomocí techniky dotazníku a jeho statistického vyhodnocení, zjišťuje znalosti občanů o veřejné správě, vliv neznalosti na jejich vnímání veřejné správy a navrhuje řešení problému, z výsledku výzkumu vyplývajících.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis called "The role of public administration in the social pedagogy" deals with public administration as a social phenomenon together with some of its problems in the public administration itself as well as in the perception of public administration by citizens. At the same time it investigates the knowledge of citizens and their orientation in the system of public administration, especially in the local one which affects their lives directly (the relation between the individual and the surrounding and their socialization in it.) In the theoretical part the basic historical development of public administration in the world is described as well as the influence of this development on public administration in the Czech Republic. Further the diploma thesis includes the characteristics and the current system of the public administration together with its structuring and focus on its lowest level a township or a borough. The practical part is devoted to the survey on the basic problems and unknowingness which the citizens usually face. Using the quantitative research investigation with the help of a questionnaire technique and its statistical evaluation, it investigates citizens´ knowledge about public administration, the influence of unknowingness on their perception of public administration and it suggests a solution of the problem resulting from the survey´s outcome.
