dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce " Asertivní jednání jako nástroj sebeprosazení v rodině i v zaměstnání" je zaměřena na objasnění podstaty asertivního chování. Obecně jsem se zaměřila na zásady a typy asertivity, konkrétněji pak na použití asertivity v rodině a v zaměstnání. Pozornost jsem věnovala manipulativnímu chování, které je protikladem asertivního chování. Na část teoretickou navazuje část empirická, kde jsem se pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu - dotazníkového šetření a jeho výstupů, pokusila nalézt a pak zpracovat odpovědi na stanovené hypotézy. Dotazník byl zaměřen na zjištění, jak probíhá jednání člověka v mezilidských vztazích a to jak v rodině, tak i v zaměstnání, a s jakou mírou umí lidé využívat asertivního chování. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů. Těžištěm práce je - na základě dostupné literatury a výsledků empirického šetření zjistit, zda lidé používají asertivního jednání a využívají jej v rodině i zaměstnání a zda jej můžeme dle výsledků empirického šetření označit za asertivního.

dc.description.abstract-translated	A bachelor thesis "Assertive behaviour as an instrument of self-assertion in a family and at work" is focused on clarifying the nature of assertive behaviour. In general I was concentrated on principles and types of assertiveness and in particular I dealt with usage of assertiveness in a family and at work. I was also concentrated on manipulative behaviour which is just the opposite of assertive behaviour. After the first part follows a part which is empirical where I used a quantitative survey with the help of questionnaires and subsequent outputs I tried to find and then process answers to given hypotheses. The questionnaire was focused on finding about behaviour of people in their relationships in a family or at work and how much are people able to use assertive behaviour. The results are processed into charts and graphs. The focus of the thesis is based on available literature and the results of empirical survey to ascertain if people use assertive behaviour and especially if they use it in families or at work. Another point of the thesis is if we can qualify a particular person as an assertive one.
