Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá způsobem realizace sanace rodiny v praxi. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jaké metody a činnosti jsou používány při sanování rodiny, jak pracovníci sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a sociální pracovníci neziskových organizací vnímají tuto službu a kde spatřují úskalí v rámci procesu sanace rodiny. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy vztahující se k rodině, charakteristice sanace rodiny a metodám sociální práce s rodinou. Získaná data jsou vyhodnocena pomocí zpracovaných kazuistik rodin, rozhovorů s pracovníky OSPOD, sociálních pracovníků neziskových organizací a rodiny. |

This bachelor thesis deals with a way of the rehabilitation realisation of the family in the practice. The bachelor thesis deals firstly an effective approach of the social workers to the whole family and also with the possibilities of its rehabilitatiton. The main goal is to find out which methods and activities are used for family recovery, how employees of social and legal protection of children and social workers of non-profit organizations perceive this service and what they consider to be difficulties within the process of family recovery. Basic terms related to family, characteristics of family recovery and methods of social work with family are defined in the theoretical part. Acquired data are evaluated by means of elaborated case interpretations of families, interviews with OSPOD workers, social workers from non-profit organizations and family. |
