dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče u novorozence s dechovou podporou na JIRPn. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem teoretické části je popsat neonatologii a perinatální medicínu. Součástí teoretické části je klasifikace novorozenců, stavy, které vyžadují oxygenoterapii a popsání možných variant dechové podpory. Obsahem praktické části jsou kazuistiky vybraných novorozenců hospitalizovaných na JIRPn v KNTB a.s., Zlín. Během výzkumu bylo cílem zjistit rozdíl v počtu intubovaných novorozenců na umělé plicní ventilaci v letech 2004 a 2014. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit počet úmrtí novorozenců v daných letech a poslední cíl byl zjistit počet jejich transportů z KNTB a.s., Zlín do jiných nemocničních zařízení v letech 2004 a 2014. Výzkum probíhal na JIRPn Perinatologického centra v Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the issue of nursing care for newborns with respiratory assistance on ICU. The barchelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe neonatology and perinatal medicine. The theoretical part is the classification of neonatal conditions that require oxygen therapy and describe possible variants respiratory support. The practical part contains case studies cho-sen newborns hospitalized in an ICU. During the research was to determine the difference in the number of intubated infants on mechanical ventilation in 2004 and 2014. Another objective was to determine the number of neonatal deaths in those years and the last ob-jective was to determine the number of transports from as KNTB to other hospital facilities in 2004 and 2014. Research was conducted in an ICU of Perinatal Centre in the Tomas Bata Hospital in Zlín.
